Get rid of dark circles by simple method!
We all expect our face to be bright and clear irrespective of its color. But, the presence of dark circles make our face look sleepy and tired.
Usually, dark circles under our eyes occur due to lack of sleep, tiredness, due to overuse of eyelashes or eyeliner and it can also be due to heredity.
Although it seems scary, there are some simple methods to prevent them.
- The most common method is to get slices of cucumber and place them on your eyes for 10 to 15 minutes. This will have a cooling effect or you can even place them before going to bed and remove them after waking up.
- Instead of cucumber, you can also place cold tea bags over your eyes.
- Prepare potato juice and use a sponge or clean cotton cloth to apply the juice over your eyes. Wash with cold water after 10 minutes.
- Make a mixture of gingelly oil and milk and apply it all over your eyes. It doesn't only help in removing dark circles but also has a cooling effect.
- You can also lemon juice to remove dark circles as it has a good cleansing effect.
Apart from these, adequate sleep is necessary to prevent from getting dark circles. Try these methods twice or thrice a week!
