How to improve your memory?
We read many stuffs but none of us remember exactly what we read but it doesn't mean we forget them as they are retained in our memory. However, we can adopt simple techniques to improve our memory.
- We must stop doing the common mistake we commit collectively and that is multitasking. It neither gives us the satisfaction of getting work done nor helps us do your work properly. We must concentrate on one work at a time to do it efficiently.
- We must eat healthy in order to help the proper functioning of the brain which in turn helps us retaining whatever we read.
- One must exercise daily to be fit and healthy. You can also do breathing exercises to stimulate the brain cells which will enhance your memory power.
- Learning a new language will help you knowing the best strategy to remember many stuffs at a time as you will need to memorize new words.
- While preparing for the exams, skimming never works! You must always have a quick go through to revise them after learning. You can also note down key points while learning to make it easier for revising.
- You can also play some mind games either by installing them on your phone or play with friends if you have got companion.
- Apart from balanced diet, you should consume dry fruits which are very good for brain.
- An adequate sleep is necessary to give some rest for your brain which be helpful in rejuvenating. This must be kept in mind during exams especially.
We always work hard by practicing something to master it. Similarly, in a nutshell, we must learn new things and recollect them at the end of the day to remember them. You can also teach it to someone which will provide a win-win situation for both!
